A befriending and listening service aimed at breaking down isolation and exclusion. It is the first step towards appropriate confidence building, education, training and health and well-being.

Women-specific services to survivors of rape, child abuse, sexual violence, domestic violence and crime.

Benefits advice, information and support for women and their families in a confidential setting.

Tailored individual education and training courses including ICT, OCN, OCR, ECDL, CPCAB Certificate and Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Communication, Management & Development, and Stress Management.

Assistance with CV production, job searching and interview techniques, presentation skills and job applications.

High quality, accessible and affordable childcare for women in training, seeking advice, respite care and support, and accessing employment.

Volunteering opportunities providing training and support to women and young people.

Support for parents as first educators by providing education, counselling and support projects for parents of young children.

Opportunities to participate in local forums, partnership boards, local and community networks.

Long-term support and specific information services to vulnerable groups to manage their own services explore and overcome specific problems and traumas.
