Child care - Important information

  • A registration form must be completed before your child attends the Falls Women’s Centre Childcare Facility.
  •  It is important that you inform a member of staff of any changes to child’s address, phone number, contact number, allergies or any other information on the registration form.
  • Parents are advised not to bring their child before the session starts, as we are unable to admit them.
  • We ask that a responsible adult bring and collect their child from the Falls Women’s Centre.  On no account will the child be permitted to the leave the Centre with another child, sixteen and under, or with an adult the staff do not know.
  • Staff must be informed of any changes regarding the collection of their child.
  • It is important that your child is collected on time.  A fee will be charged if late more than twice.
  •  If your child is going to be absent for any reason we would be grateful if you would notify a member of staff either before the day of absence or at 9.00am morning of absence.
  • If a child is absent for 2 weeks without notification he/she will automatically loose their place.
  •  If childcare fee’s run over 2 weeks without payment, the child’s place will be reallocated.
