The Falls Women’s Centre/Ionad Mhná na bhFál is resourced through a variety of funding organisations. Currently the senior management organisational structures are:
| Company Directors | Responsible for the strategic development of the organisation including policies, structures and employment of staff |
| Centre Manager | Responsible for the implementation of structures and day to day management of the organisation including policies and staff. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of the organisations strategic development plan. |
| Finance Coordinator | Responsible for the management of all finances, financial planning, personnel, recruitment and employment procedures. Assist in the delivery of the organisations strategic development plan |
| Communications Officer | The Communications Officer is responsible for maintaining effective office administration, secretarial duties, customer care, |
| Senior Advice, Advocacy Family Support Coordinator | Responsible for the development, management and delivery of the range of advice, support and advocacy services offered by the Centre. Assist in the delivery of the organisations strategic development plan |
| Children’s Services Coordinator | Responsible for coordinating all childcare services and staff. Creating new provision and assisting in the implementation of the organisations strategic development plan. |
| Young Women’s Project Coordinator | Responsible for coordinating and supporting the young women’s project. To offer challenge and opportunities for young women to participate, learn and develop a healthier and fulfilling lifestyle. To set a standard for volunteering opportunities for young people. |
| Education & Support Officer: | Responsible for identifying education, development and training needs; organising courses to meet these needs; liaise with agencies in the provision of courses. Assisting in the implementation of the organisations strategic development plan. |
| Project Training Worker: | To establish training programmes for excluded ethnic groups, migrant workers and older women. Design and deliver a range of workshops/programmes on health, social exclusion and family support. |
